This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used by BehaviorSMART SA. It complements our Privacy Notice.
Strictly necessary storage
The site stores your theme and consent choice locally. These preferences do not identify you to us and are not used for advertising.
BehaviorSMART First-Party Analytics
Analytics is off until you select Allow analytics. Once allowed, the site loads the immutable version 2 tracker and creates a random per-tab anonymous session UUID in sessionStorage. It sends only approved product, page, and outcome identifiers; it does not send raw pages, form contents, identity data, or arbitrary properties.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control always override consent. Rejecting or revoking analytics stops collection, clears queued events, and clears this tab’s analytics session state. Optional source refs are removed after seven days, and analytics rows are deleted after 90 days.

Functional forms
HubSpot supplies the optional embedded contact and newsletter forms. It is not used for BehaviorSMART website analytics. The embed loads only after you select its clearly labelled Load HubSpot form action; that one-time functional choice is not stored and is independent of analytics consent. If the embed is not loaded, a direct-email fallback preserves the contact function without loading HubSpot.
How to manage or withdraw consent
Open Cookie preferences in the footer to allow, reject, or withdraw analytics consent. You can also clear this site’s storage in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may cause the preference banner to return, but the public site remains usable.
